Network Operations Manager

You will lead the operations and readiness of our NSW, VIC, and ACT responder network.

This role combines leadership with operational precision to ensure our responders are prepared, compliant, and connected to our purpose.

  • You will manage responder compliance, training schedules, and accreditation records.
  • You will deliver and monitor training programs to build responder capability and confidence.
  • You will monitor responder performance and ensure the team is always prepared.
  • You will create on-call rosters, ensuring sufficient coverage and clear communication across the network.
  • You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and assessment processes to grow the responder team.
  • You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and overall network performance.
  • You will motivate and guide responders through strong leadership, fostering engagement.
  • You will communicate clearly with stakeholders and responders.
  • You will implement incident management frameworks into daily operations.

Requirements:

  • You should have experience in emergency services, clinical leadership, or similar high-accountability fields.
  • You should have 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams, training, and operational processes.
  • You should have a strong track record in managing compliance, accreditation, and readiness programs.
  • You should have clear and confident communication skills.
  • You should be able to lead without direct authority, building trust across the workforce.
