Network Manager Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage responder compliance, mandatory training schedules, and accreditation records to maintain operational readiness.
  • Deliver and monitor training programs that build and sustain responder capability and confidence.
  • Monitor responder performance and ensure the team is always prepared to deliver high-quality support.

This role combines people leadership with operational precision, ensuring our responders are prepared, compliant, and connected to our purpose.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Building and maintaining on-call rosters, ensuring sufficient coverage and clear communication across the network.
  • Leading recruitment, onboarding, and assessment processes to grow and strengthen the responder team.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and overall network performance.

The Network Manager will lead the operations and readiness of our NSW, VIC, and ACT responder network, ensuring our members receive timely, high-quality support when and where they need it most.
