Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Genuine empathy and curiosity about people's stories are essential.
  • A strengths-based mindset, excellent communication skills, flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving abilities are also required.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or other Allied Health professions with mental health experience are necessary.
