This role plays a vital part in supporting Defence students and their families as they navigate the challenges of military life.

  • Support Defence students to integrate into the school community and develop a strong sense of belonging.
  • Raise awareness within the school of the unique needs of Defence families.
  • Assist families to navigate transitions when enrolling, experiencing parental absence, or farewelling the College.
  • Monitor the wellbeing of Defence students and advocate for their needs when required.
