Service Leader Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Leader to oversee the daily operations of our residential care service. The successful candidate will have experience managing teams and leading therapeutic interventions for children and young people.

As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and supervising staff in alignment with the CARE model for practice. You will also ensure that our service is working in accordance with the CARE model and providing a therapeutic-centered approach to supporting children, young people, and families.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Social Work or Psychology. They will also have experience incorporating the six CARE Principles into their practice and leading teams that work with children and youth in a therapeutic care environment.
