Job Title: Estate Management & Operations Services Operations Manager

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Manage, coordinate, and deliver services for the EMOS bundle on the relevant site.
  • Integrate the EMOS and Miscellaneous Services Packages deliverables on the relevant sites.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the suite of Base Services, including subordinate BCPs.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Base Plans (e.g. Business Continuity, WH&S, Security, Energy, and Water Management Plans)
  • Provide and coordinate Base Services requirements at the relevant site, as directed by the Contract Authority, in support of Defence events, Defence Assistance to the Civil Community (DACC) activities, and Defence Force Aid to the Civil Authority (DFACA).

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in an operations management role, strong budget management skills with a focus on profitability, experience in contract management and development, and a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory).
  • Significant experience in an operations management role.
  • Strong budget management skills with a focus on profitability.
  • Experience in contract management and development.
