Raw Materials Specialist Job Description

The Role

The Raw Materials Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our manufacturing teams by ensuring that our packaging materials are available on time. With a safety-first approach, you will ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Unload, receive, and store inbound raw materials efficiently.
  • Inspect all materials on arrival to guarantee correct quantity and quality, escalating any issues promptly to minimize supply impact.
  • Execute and complete goods receipts in our SAP system accurately.
  • Perform cycle counting for raw materials as required to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Stage and replenish materials to beverage line production stations according to the planned schedule.
  • Perform daily process area cleaning to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts – CB (Counter-Balance) and HR (High Reach).
  • Experience with inbound receiving, unloading, and storage processes.
  • A proactive team player who takes initiative.
