The OpportunityIn this role you will develop and execute the site Asset Care Strategy aligned to industry best practice and World Class Manufacturing. Successfully lead a team to deliver the site maintenance and equipment improvement requirements across the operational site. With an improvement focused mindset, you will continuously strive to deliver innovative maintenance solutions for reliable equipment performance and collaborate with internal & external teams to deliver the Asset Care Strategy.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop and lead the Asset Management Strategy for the site’s operational assets.
- Utilise best practice engineering and technology to improve equipment performance levels and the efficiency of the manufacturing operation.
- Lead reliability problem solving activities relating to plant failures or performance issues ensuring relevant outcomes are captured in the equipment maintenance plans.
- Provide insight to the manufacturing processes, continuously striving for the improvement of quality, safety or enhancing efficiency and performance.
- Responsibility for the site asset care strategy execution budgets
