About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at Programmed Property Services, a leading provider of painting, signage, and ground maintenance services. As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various markets.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue from existing customers and source new customers. This will involve establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to secure business.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of increasing revenue and growing customer relationships. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent influencing and presentation skills, and be able to maintain a strong and profitable sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from existing customers and source new customers
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and identify their needs
  • Provide tailored solutions to secure business and drive sales growth
  • Maintain a strong and profitable sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives
