About the Role:

ClearCompany is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team and help drive business expansion into new sectors. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a 5-10 year business growth strategy to achieve our targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare, education, aged care, and industrial sectors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tendering and bid management
  • Provide strategic guidance on business development and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to develop and implement marketing strategies and submission preparation

Requirements:

  • 10 years' experience working in a commercial or business development role for a Tier 2/3 contractor
  • Construction-related degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally
  • Strong connections with key stakeholders, including SPMs, QS, Architects, and other relevant consultancies
  • Proven track record in business development, marketing, and submission preparation
