About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at ROC Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing existing client relationships, and contributing to our overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Prepare sales estimates and create project tenders to secure new business
  • Promote our range of security products and services to existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with our technical team to provide solutions to client needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales role within the Electronic Security industry
  • In-depth knowledge of security products and services (CCTV, Alarms, Access Control, Intercoms, etc.)
  • Strong presentation skills with a successful track record in face-to-face client interactions
  • A current NSW Class 2 AB Security License
  • A collaborative mindset and a positive approach to teamwork
