Customer Service Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Leader to lead our team of customer service professionals in delivering exceptional service to diverse customer groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team through effective coordination of activities such as workload management, workforce planning and development.
- Foster a positive team culture built on communication, collaboration, continuous improvement and safety.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Promote a high-performance culture that maximises staff potential and supports excellence in performance.
- Apply HR management policies and principles to coordinate and monitor service delivery.
- Develop awareness and understanding of protocols impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to facilitate improved service delivery and customer outcomes.
- Establish and maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring all Workplace Health and Safety policies are applied.
