Assistant Store Leader Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader to join our store team as a key support to the Head Coach.

  • We're looking for someone who can create a great experience for our customers and community, while driving profitable growth of the store in day-to-day management.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead with our values, developing the store team and culture. Drive key strategic results and ensure timely completion of tasks. Manage stock and visual merchandising, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Be responsible for back of house organisation and tidiness, and maintain product knowledge across our range.

Achieve daily sales targets, review and understand store KPIs, and implement actions for improvement. Deliver weekly reflections and recaps on business performance, and create tangible actions to drive results. Educate and engage your team on financial performance and goals.

  • You'll be a quick decision-maker who uses all information and resources available. Adaptable and resilient, you thrive in uncertainty and fast-paced environments.
  • Core business knowledge allows you to quickly understand and address business information. Leadership skills motivate, empower, and develop others.
