Customer Service Expert Opportunity
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Front Office Agent to ensure efficient check-ins and check-outs, assist with guest bookings, and handle payments with precision. This role will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.
This is a fantastic chance for a seasoned expert in customer service to excel in this role. With exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude, you'll be pivotal in shaping the success of our Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Answer all correspondence and enquiries regarding reservation requests via phone or email in a timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and adhere to procedures for guest confidentiality and company policies.
- Take personal responsibility and initiative for tasks such as securing payments and issuing room keys to assure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain procedures related to credit and cash transactions and relevant charges to guest accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services.
- Excellent communication skills with sound knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded).
- Ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential).
- Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds.
- Excellent grooming and presentation.
