Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year's experience in the same or similar role, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are also essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests;
  • Barista and dessert service;
  • Basic food preparation (including sandwich toasting and plating food);
  • Food and beverage service;
  • Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection and;
  • Processing transactions through the register and cash handling duties;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in the same or similar role;
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work;
  • Proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
  • RSA and RCG Certificates;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
