Key Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase in-depth product knowledge to educate customers on features and benefits.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including test drives, trade-in evaluations, and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Utilize technology and digital tools to maintain accurate customer records and track sales activity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Requirements
  • You are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
  • You have a passion for cars, technology, and helping people find solutions that meet their needs.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales is essential.
  • Specific experience with Utes and Trucks is preferred.
  • A strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms.
  • Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).
  • A valid driver's license.
