The Customer Experience Champion plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service by interacting with customers and team members, supporting sales initiatives, and performing assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be available, flexible, and adaptable to fulfill all of the following requirements:
  • Maintain regular attendance and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through GURA:
    • Greet the customer.
    • Uncover the customer's needs and wants.
    • Recommend product solutions.
    • Ask to add value and appreciate the customer.
  • Perform a combination of the following duties during 95 percent of your day:
    • Operate the cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
    • Recovery of merchandise.
    • Participate in freight process.
    • Complete merchandising, sets, and resets.
    • Assemble merchandise.
    • Perform janitorial duties.
    • Execute price changes/markdowns.
    • Operate Forklift.
    • Assist customers with loading purchases.
    • Ensure a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.
    • Sanitize and maintain poultry holding tanks and care for birds as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
