Sales Experience Advocate

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will prioritize the safety and well-being of customers, teammates, and yourself. You will deliver genuine service and create memorable moments with customers, while also contributing to positive sales performance through excellent customer service.
- You will maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards, processing stock, receiving, dispatching, and storing inventory as needed.
- Collaboration with the team is essential to achieve a positive culture and inclusive work environment.
This role requires lifting, bending, and climbing. We encourage applications from individuals without industry experience.
