About the Opportunity

We currently have multiple Sales Consultant opportunities across our retail sites in Penrith, Parramatta, Greystanes, Castle Hill, Narellan, and Artarmon.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey. Representing brands such as Subaru, Peugeot, Deepal and Foton, you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers both in-store and online from their first enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a personalised and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
  • Product Expertise: Showcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups
  • Digital Tools: Utilise Salesforce and other digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints
