Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee our company's financial operations. This role is crucial in steering the company's financial management, strategic development, and robust client and team management.

This position involves overseeing financial operations, including invoicing, forecasts, and managing creditors. You will also assist in annual budget preparations and manage e-billing systems. Additionally, you will represent the company in monthly financial reviews with the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
    Oversee financial operations, including invoicing, forecasts, and managing creditors.
  • People Leadership & Development:
    Lead staff development programs and manage team workflows in collaboration with the General Manager. Align staffing with organizational goals and budgets.
  • Client Management:
    Handle client onboarding, maintain continuous feedback, and manage due diligence processes.
  • New Business & Strategic Focus:
    Support new business initiatives, including development of presentations, publications, and proposals. Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes.
  • Finance Governance & Risk:
    Ensure compliance with budget allocations, manage business risks, and adhere to legal standards. Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in accounting, Business, Communications, Commerce, or a related field. You should also have a minimum of 3 years experience in professional services, ideally with exposure to finance, strategy, or legal roles.

Additionally, you must have proven ability to manage financial operations, develop strategic presentations, and oversee budget reports. Demonstrated skill in influencing, achieving consensus, and facilitating stakeholder engagement is essential. Strong analytical skills and a focus on results-driven management are also required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. You must hold a valid driver license with capability to drive to work. Proficient in both English and Mandarin Speaking is preferred.
