Financial Administrator Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial administrator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and managing debtors and cash flow.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare bank reconciliations, credit card entries, and accounts reconciliations
- Process supplier invoices, accounts payable, fortnightly payroll, and invoice filing
- Manage debtors and cash flow by processing receipts on invoices, sending monthly account statements to customers, and following up outstanding debtors
- Prepare IAS monthly/BAS reports quarterly, trial balances, and profit and loss statements
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of bookkeeping experience with a relevant accounting qualification
- Energetic and excellent communication skills and written communication skills to handle customer enquiries
- Good numerical and spreadsheet skills to process entries and accounts accurately
- Ability to multi-task, good attention to account details, and responsive to customer queries
About the Role:
This is a part-time opportunity with some flexibility on hours and days per week. We offer a supportive work environment and the chance to work on high-quality projects.
What You Will Achieve:
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial data, preparing reports and statements, and providing excellent customer service.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work from home and in the office, depending on the needs of the business.
