We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at ResMed Inc. As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to meet production volumes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct prototyping and verification activities to determine the feasibility and suitability of designs.
- Assist in the development, execution, and testing of new and existing products.
- Implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to meet production volumes.
- Resolve technical issues and focus on following Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines.
- Represent Manufacturing while working closely with Product Development to ensure robust, manufacturable products.
- Introduce and maintain production procedures, provide training on new equipment, processes, and procedures.
- Complete process validation activities and documentation.
- Identify and implement quality and efficiency measures, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Six-Sigma, and Lean improvement actions.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Follows standard practices and procedures and applies basic theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies in analyzing situations or data.
