As a key member of the manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and enhancing efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of manufacturing areas to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and problems
  • Design and implement Lean tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and present business cases for process improvements, quantifying costs and benefits
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize and direct continuous improvement activities
  • Develop and implement metrics and displays to enhance manufacturing performance
  • Design and implement efficient layouts, equipment, and workspace to promote maximum efficiency
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong background in industrial engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. You will have demonstrated success in applying Lean methodologies and principles, as well as knowledge of Lean tools such as Pillar Charts and Value Stream Mapping. You will be a strong communicator, able to build positive stakeholder relationships and work autonomously as part of a team.
