Director of Workforce Transformation

In this key role, you will lead the development of strategic workforce strategies and policies to drive transformative change in our organization.
- Design and implement strategic workforce plans;
- Monitor and analyse workforce trends and challenges across all levels;
- Deliver expert advice on workforce strategy and policy development;
- Drive data-driven insights and recommendations for workforce improvement;
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage consultation processes effectively;
- Develop innovative solutions to address complex workforce challenges;
- Lead team operations and project delivery to meet strategic objectives.
