About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Director to lead our transformation and strategy efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business and digital transformation, developing strategic initiatives that showcase engineering's role in Australia's economic future, and addressing major societal challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Board to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and digital innovation.
  • Lead large-scale transformation projects, leveraging expertise in people and culture change management, workforce planning, and volunteer management.
  • Provide thought leadership on strategic economic outlook and positioning, including capital markets and the future value of engineering in the Australian economy.
Requirements
  • Transformation experience at a Board or CEO level, overseeing large-scale business and digital transformation.
  • Contemporary knowledge and experience in strategic people and culture change, guiding workforce and volunteer management models in membership organisations.
  • Strategic economic outlook and positioning skills, including capital markets and the future value of engineering in the Australian economy.
