Liability Claims Professional

We are seeking an experienced claims professional to manage a portfolio of sensitive and confidential liability claims. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise in managing complex bodily injury claims, including psychiatric and psychological injury.
Key responsibilities include:
- Efficient management of the claims process, resulting in accurate completion and validation of claims.
- Interpreting policy coverage and determining if coverage applies to claims submitted, escalating issues as needed.
- Establishing and maintaining good client relationships with insureds, brokers, investigators, solicitors, and the general public.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory guidelines and standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong technical claims experience and expertise in managing complex liability claims.
- Proven understanding of underwriting procedures and policy wordings across a diversified liability portfolio.
- Skilled in engaging and collaborating with external providers such as loss adjusters, lawyers, and consultants.
