Public Liability Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled lawyer to join our General Insurance practice in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling public liability claims, particularly those involving personal injury.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage public liability claims from inception to resolution
- Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support client cases
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- 5-8 years of post-admission experience in defendant insurance law
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
