Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex care for clients with high needs, such as dementia, ensuring their safety and dignity.

What We Look For

  • A genuine desire to assist older adults live independently at home, prioritizing their autonomy and dignity.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle for travel, ensuring you can safely transport clients.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations, maintaining a positive attitude in challenging circumstances.
  • Availability to work at least three days, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts required, providing stability and routine.
  • Independence and problem-solving skills, knowing when to seek help from your Manager, promoting self-reliance and decision-making.
