Your Key Responsibilities:
- Clean clients' homes to ensure they are safe and comfortable.
- Support with meal preparation and grocery shopping, ensuring clients have access to nutritious food.
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, enhancing clients' quality of life.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing medication, promoting clients' independence.
- Provide respite and emotional support to clients and their families, addressing their physical and mental wellbeing.
- Transport clients to appointments and provide social support, facilitating access to healthcare services.
- Deliver complex care for clients with high needs, such as dementia, ensuring their safety and dignity.

What We Look For
- A genuine desire to assist older adults live independently at home, prioritizing their autonomy and dignity.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle for travel, ensuring you can safely transport clients.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations, maintaining a positive attitude in challenging circumstances.
- Availability to work at least three days, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts required, providing stability and routine.
- Independence and problem-solving skills, knowing when to seek help from your Manager, promoting self-reliance and decision-making.
