WeLink Recruitment is partnering with a mid-tier construction and development company to find a skilled Contracts Administrator / Project Engineer for their new build luxury residential projects in Sydney.

This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, with clear succession planning into senior roles within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary education or qualifications, a strong track record in a similar role working with a Tier 2 or 3 Residential Construction Company, and local Australian experience working on new-build residential projects valued up to $50M.

Responsibilities include issuing drawings, scope of works and specifications for contract works, preparing comparison sheets of multiple quotes and trade letting recommendations, and assisting the Project Manager with matters relating to project costs reports.

As a team player who is an all-rounder, you will be able to get in and get the job done, making this a fantastic role within a leading organisation.
