About the Role
  • Develop and implement an organisation's defence security strategy, policies, and compliance under Defence Security Protection (DSP), Defence and Strategic Policy Framework (DSPF), Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), and Information Security Manual (ISM).
  • Manage all security governance activities, including physical security, personnel vetting, information communications technology (ICT) security, and information security.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee protective security, export controls, DSP compliance, and facilities management.
  • Interface with Defence agencies on clearances, visitor access, travel, and facility security.
  • Support bids and project execution from a security perspective.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in a defence or defence industry environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of DSP, security frameworks, and defence project environments.
  • A valid National Security Vetting (NSV) clearance level NV1, and willingness to upgrade to NV2 if required.
