Deliver robust defence security services by ensuring our project teams across Australian Federal Government engagements meet customer onboarding, offboarding and other security requirements.

About this role

This key position supports the delivery of defence security solutions by working closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards, Govt policies, Defence Contracts changes and emerging security threats.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a self-starting attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve results.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure staff compliance with security administrative processes
  • Manage systems to support project management division
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose processes
  • Report on security tasks progress and communicate security expectations

Required skills and qualifications

  • Australian Citizenship
  • AGSVA NV2 clearance or capability
  • Defence security experience or recent Defence environment work
  • DISP and DSPF knowledge
  • Understanding of PSPF and ISM
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Time management skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
