Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver brilliant customer service to keep our customers coming back
  • Promote products and fantastic deals in store
  • Operate point of sale and monitor fuel/stock deliveries
  • Ensure safe working environment at all times
  • Maintain effective merchandising and stock control to ensure premium presentation of our stores

  • Previous retail experience is preferred to support our store team
