As a Maintenance Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining our cutting-edge satellite ground station. You will work closely with clients to resolve maintenance issues and collaborate with the site maintenance team to ensure exceptional service quality.
The Day-to-Day:
- Resolve Corrective Maintenance Issues with Clients
- Provide Guidance on Preventive Maintenance Activities to Management
- Establish and Lead Regular Support Service Reviews
- Liaise with Contractors for Equipment Calibration
- Handle Customer Complaints or Concerns Quickly and Professionally
- Develop, Own, and Drive General Service Improvement Plans
- Perform Trend Analysis and Improve Service Methodologies
- 2+ Years of Related Telecommunications Maintenance Field Experience
- Experience Leading to Technical Resolution when Performing Emergency Restoral Actions
- Self-Motivated and Able to Adapt to New Situations
- Capable of Providing Remote Technical Assistance and Working Independently
- 1+ Years of Experience with Satellite Communications Systems
- Broad Technical Understanding of Satellite Telecommunications Processes and Systems
- Hold Current Trade Qualifications in a Related Field
