Job Summary

We are seeking a Fuel Service Attendant to provide excellent customer service, operate fuel dispensers, and maintain the cleanliness of our fueling station.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Pump gas, swipe payment cards, and provide member service.">
  • Clean up spills using neutralizing agents and absorbent cloths, disposing of materials properly.">
  • Clean the station, including dispensers, data sheds, islands, pavement, and trash.">
  • Load pump receipt tapes and ribbons.">
  • Perform daily inspections of all equipment and perform routine maintenance, changing filters and nozzles, and changing open and closed signs daily.">
  • Research area competitive pricing using private vehicles and key reports into computers daily.">
  • Monitor fuel deliveries and sign delivery receipts.">
  • Enforce National fire codes and Costco safety policies, respond to alarms appropriately, and use fire extinguishers if necessary.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current driver's license.">
  • Fuel station attendant experience preferred.">
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.">
  • BASIC math skills.">
  • Ability to undertake role- and department-specific training within specified timeframes.">
