Job Title: Culture Support Specialist

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR or People and Culture professional to join our team as a Culture Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our People & Culture team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for drafting employee contracts, letters, and maintaining personnel files. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing HR records in Workday and other internal systems.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong administrative background in HR or P&C teams, confident using Excel and managing multiple systems. Experience with HRIS (Workday highly desirable) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team
  • Draft employee contracts, letters, and manage personnel files
  • Maintain HR records in Workday and other internal systems
  • Support reporting, audits, and compliance processes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR or P&C support role
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
