We are seeking highly motivated individuals for a Part-Time Business Traineeship. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in business, gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the business industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Support the office team by answering calls, emails, and handling inquiries.
  • Collaborate with various departments for efficient communication and workflow.
  • Follow and contribute to administrative procedures and systems.
  • Assist with research, report preparation, and data analysis.
  • Participate in training to enhance business administration skills.
  • Follow company policies for compliance and a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
