We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. As part of this team, you will support and assist with the design and development of IT solutions and services that align with customer and business strategies.

You will focus on delivering technical projects and consulting services, working in partnership with the ServiceNow Practice Team, the Project Management Office, and our customers, while mentoring more junior engineers in the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative solutions that provide value, relevance, and sustainability.
  • Contribute as a technical expert to support qualification, scoping, estimation, design, and architecture of new or existing opportunities and projects.
  • Resolve complex configuration and integration challenges.
  • Play a key role in the delivery of complex and/or marquee projects and engagements.
  • Lead and mentor team members in meeting deadlines, setting customer expectations, and jointly developing specialized skills.
  • Partner with ServiceNow Solution Architects to mature and improve the frameworks we deliver.
  • Lead, plan, and deliver customer workshops including discovery and co-design workshops.
  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers.
