We are seeking highly skilled ServiceNow consultants to expand our Melbourne and Sydney team's capabilities. Our ideal candidates will have expertise in configuration management databases (CMDB), ServiceNow IT service management (ITSM) configuration and development, and strong consultative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and provide strategic guidance
  • Leverage software development skills and business acumen to drive system analysis and improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and presentations to enhance stakeholder engagement
  • Foster excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration

A background in service management (CSM), governance risk and compliance (GRC), or security operations (SecOps) is a significant advantage. As a hands-on technical role, we require a high degree of software development skills and business acumen.

Requirements:
  • Experience in CMDB and ServiceNow ITSM configuration and development
