Your responsibilities:

About you:

To excel in this role, you will need:

Experience in customer or supporter service environments, including supporter experience optimisationStrong phone, written, and verbal communication skillsA genuine passion for animal welfare and alignment with our valuesRaisers Edge NXT experience is desirable
