- Provide social support and transport to appointments, ensuring our customers can access essential services and maintain their independence.
- Work with customers who have complex care needs, such as dementia, to provide tailored support and promote their quality of life.

- You hold a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.
- You are able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, prioritizing the needs of our customers and their families.
- You are available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
- You are comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for support from your Manager.
