About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Parramatta. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Help with meal preparation and shopping
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Assist with medication management and mobility
  • Provide respite and emotional support
  • Support customers with complex care needs, such as dementia

Requirements
  • 6-12 months experience in a support worker role
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
