Job SummaryWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Care Workers to join our dynamic team. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide personalized support to our customers, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
- Provide social support, including transportation for social activities, shopping, and medical appointments
- Offer domestic assistance, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Support customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
- Monitor the well-being of customers and report on their progress
- Caring, compassionate, and friendly attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and dependable
