About the Position:

We're looking for a skilled professional to drive learning strategies that uplift, empower, and transform our workforce.

You'll be at the forefront of shaping a coaching culture, designing meaningful development pathways, and ensuring compliance while keeping learning engaging and aligned with our values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver impactful capability programs – grounded in adult learning principles and the 70:20:10 model.
  • Design, source, and implement bespoke and blended learning solutions – from leadership and technical skill-building to onboarding.
  • Drive mandatory training programs that keep us safe, compliant, and future-ready.
  • Equip leaders to be on-the-job coaches, building a culture of continuous feedback and growth.
  • Facilitate high-impact learning events, coach frontline leaders, and champion a learning culture across the organisation.
  • Owning our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data-driven insights, compliance tracking, and smart reporting.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to keep capability calendars, content libraries, and programs relevant, engaging, and on point.
