Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Change Manager position within our organization. As a Change and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of new initiatives and promoting effective communication throughout the organizational structure.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of how people experience change and have hands-on experience working in complex organizational settings. They will also have strong stakeholder management skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze and prepare strategies to mitigate risks associated with change
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications plans
  • Provide input to and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Lead and manage end-user engagement through communications, collaboration, workshops and change impact assessments
  • Consult and coach project teams, managers and supervisors
  • Develop actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: engagement and communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A thorough understanding of the change lifecycle and proven experience working in complex organizational settings
  • Experience in senior change roles within large enterprise-wide transformations
  • Expertise in workshop design and facilitation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with complex stakeholders or groups
