We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an Organizational Change Management Specialist. This role involves providing support in influencing behavioral change within organizations and delivering solid communication strategies and execution.

About the Role- Develop, recommend, and deliver change strategies
- Manage and implement core change activities such as stakeholder analysis, engagement, impact assessment, organizational readiness, communications, and training
- Identify communication needs and execute strategies using strategic and tactical communication skills
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute change and communication strategies and activities
- Create and deliver impactful communications via websites, videos, events, newsletters, social media, SharePoint, presentations, surveys, and conferences
- Ensure activities occur on time and within budget
- Define and measure success metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science, or related field
- 2+ years of consulting experience, with expertise in organizational change, planning, and executing internal communications and employee engagement campaigns
- Proven success in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing, or communication activities, and organizational readiness
- Strong knowledge of change and communication models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client management and creative thinking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects confidently
- PROSCI certification encouraged
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to switch between projects and reprioritize effectively
- Resourcefulness and independent problem-solving
- Service-oriented mindset
