System and Data Support Professional

As a System and Data Support Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, security, and performance of IT systems and data platforms.
- Strong technical skills in cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity are essential for this role.
- Proven experience in data ingestion, transformation, and visualization is also required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
- Oversee IT infrastructure security, performance, and availability
- Manage WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and network access controls
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and on-premises servers
- Aggregating and ingesting data from multiple sources into a central database or data lake
- Building dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Managing IT and telecom inventories and asset lifecycle
This role requires a proactive and adaptable team player who can work across multiple IT functions.
About You- IT degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in IT systems administration and data analytics
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft or AWS (desirable)
