Key Support Role for Data and System Initiatives

This is a pivotal role within our organization, supporting the delivery of data-driven projects. As a Data Projects & Systems Support Officer, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of these initiatives.

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis, generating high-quality performance reporting and operational dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Investigate and implement IT enhancements to optimize system efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide expert technical support to internal stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional administrative and secretariat support for IT committees, including logistical coordination and preparation of meeting materials.
  • Offer project and operational support, tracking milestones and reporting progress accurately, while maintaining meticulous documentation and records.
