  • The Role: We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Data Systems Manager. This role involves utilizing data systems and business acumen to analyze information, drive insights, and support workforce requirements.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and maintain data systems to support workforce needs.
    • Contribute to program planning and delivery.
    • Collaborate with teams to monitor and update data.
    • Leverage workforce data to inform talent sourcing strategies and long-term planning.
    • Maintain workforce reporting requirements and records.

About the Team: You will be part of a diverse and geographically dispersed team dedicated to building, developing, and sustaining the nuclear engineering, science and technology workforce. Our team is committed to growing the skills and capabilities Australia needs to safely operate its future fleet of nuclear-powered submarines.
