Job Overview

Deliver Accurate and Timely Payroll Services

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented payroll professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services across all payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all payroll functions are carried out in accordance with standard payroll procedures.
  • Contribute to compliance obligations through data analysis and assistance provided to all levels of the business.
  • Make payments to superannuation funds and ensure compliance with Superannuation Guarantee Legislation.
  • Participate in computerised processing of fortnightly payroll and maintain master file data for all employees.
  • Contribute to improving both payroll systems and processes to remain current with best practice.
  • Process pay enquiries in a timely manner and communicate outcomes to staff and/or managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a computerised payroll environment, preferably in a large, multisite organisation.
  • Computer skills in software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, together with a commitment to providing high level customer service.
