Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to administer payroll in a timely, confidential, and accurate manner.

The Role:

  • Manage payroll-related queries and issues
  • Track, investigate, and action outstanding leave and forms
  • Liaise with HR regarding staff appointments, terminations, conditions of service and other relevant matters
  • Checking and maintaining employee payroll data
  • Maintain data accuracy within systems
  • Efficiently process high-volume transactions

  • Must be a professional with experience in
  • Provide accurate records and reports
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
